The defendant, Robert Roy, individually and as trustee of the Robert L. Roy Revocable Trust u/d/t dated September 6, 1991, appeals an order of the superior court granting a motion to enforce settlement filed by the plaintiffs, BWSV, LLC and The Lobster Boat Plaza Condominium Association. The defendant contends that "[t]he trial court committed an error of law when it ruled that defendants must install a drainage system that would violate New Hampshire Department of Environmental Service rules." We affirm.
As the appealing party, the defendant has the burden of demonstrating reversible error. Gallo v. Traina, 166 N.H. ___, ___ (decided September 12, 2014). Based upon our review of the trial court's well-reasoned order, the defendant's challenges to it, and the record submitted on appeal, we conclude that the defendant has not demonstrated reversible error. See id.
